Online Auction FAQs

No. All items must be bid upon during the online auction. No items can be sold ahead of time.

Each auction has an end date and time. Unlike an auction on eBay where all items close at one time, our online auctions end with a soft close or dynamic ending. If someone places a bid in the last 30 seconds of an item in our online auctions, the end time for the specific lot is extended. The process continues until there are no more bids made within the last 30 seconds of each item. At that point, that specific lot closes. The overall auction continues until every item has closed.

Per our terms, all payments are collected via the credit card that is registered on the Hibid platform.

Yes, shippable items as determined and marked in each sale are delivered to Goin’ Postal. Buyers are responsible to make shipping arrangements with them.

Yes, each online auction has a specific day and time for previewing items, per terms of the sale.

Go to HiBid and register for the sale.

All sales have a specific pickup day and time. All items not picked up on the specified day and time become the property of the auctioneer.
